The Department of Culture Ercan International Airport Library, established by the Department of Culture in cooperation with T&T Airport Management, was opened. Director of the Department of Culture Şirin Zaimağaoğlu stated that they are working with the goal of positioning libraries in life with the slogan “Life in libraries and libraries in life” in 2025 and their first step is to open a library at Ercan International Airport. The library includes history, literature, memoirs-narratives, folklore, general subjects, art, children's and Culture Department publications.

Organized by the Department of Culture with the contributions of the Cyprus Turkish Psychologists Association, the seminar and reception titled How to Ensure Effective Communication presented by Expert Psychologist Bleda Tilki was held at the Atatürk Cultural Center's Small Conference Hall. The seminar was attended by all public library employees within the Department of Culture, as well as employees of university libraries.

The collective catalog, which serves as the electronic catalog of the National Library and public libraries in our country and is open to the use of all citizens, has been renewed with the decision taken and the responsibility assumed by the Department of Culture. The collective catalog, which was moved to the most up-to-date technical infrastructure, was also put into use with its renewed face.
